De groene courgette is een zomergroente en wij gebruiken hem allang niet meer alleen in Italiaanse gerechten. Ook op de barbeque vindt hij zijn weg, in soepen, ovengerechten en we vullen de wat grotere courgettes.
Wij telen courgette in de volle grond en planten vanaf eind april met oogst vanaf begin juni.
